“the civilization endure a long golden era with peace and prosperity” there
were million lines like this in the books that I read when I was younger. I
loved it. It gave me a goal, a purpose, a dream. But now, I’m older, I know
there’s no such thing as peace. As far as I know, I’ve never known peace.
Peace- “a state or
period in which there is no war or a war has ended.” Wars have ended,
but there’s never a period in which there is no war. Because when one war ends,
another begins.
People of past fought for peace.
People of the present fight without a reason. Maybe they do have a reason like
greed, hate, and power. But not peace. I haven’t heard the word ‘peace’ for a
while already. Has peace become something of a myth?
